It is time for CABREP to elect officers for our organization. We want you to be involved. This is your opportunity to make a difference. We invite everyone who is interested and meets these minimum requirements: you must be a current CABREP member whose dues are current, are in good standing with the DRE

The 2025 CABREP President will be Mel Wilson.
Current positions open for nomination and duties are as follows:
2025 President-Elect
(One Year Term)
Shall serve as President in the absence or disability of the President, perform such other duties as the President or the Board of Directors shall prescribe and shall serve as chairperson of the membership committee. President-Elect is responsible for obtaining and cultivating sponsors/partners relationships. Encourages and inspires members to get involved and recognize contributions. Cultivates development of future leaders for CABREP. Attends at least 95% of the CABREP meetings and events. Assists President with running efficient and productive meetings. President-Elect automatically ascends to the office of President.
Treasurer
(One Year Term)
Briefly describe your degree and any other highlights about your studies you want to share. Be sure to include relevant skills you gained, accomplishments you achieved or milestones you reached during your education.
Secretary
(One Year Term)
Maintains CABREP bylaws. Ensures accurate minutes are taken at each Board meeting and maintains all official records of the organization. Ensures accurate minutes are taken at all meetings when votes are taken. Schedules for all board and special meetings.
Two (2) Board Members
(1-Year Term Limit) Seat
Abide by CABREP Bylaws. Support CABREP organized activities. Attend all Board, General Business and Committee Meetings as planned (a maximum of (2) two absences with notice to Secretary). Participate/Attend CABREP sponsored & community events in which CABREP is represented. Teamwork is an essential skill for every Board member. Each member of the Board has an equal vote on all matters placed before the Board of Directors. Validate, understand and respect the strengths and skills of all Board Members in the organization at large. Start/end all meetings and functions on time.
