About Theresa:
Journey began with challenges, as she was left in the hospital by her mother three days after giving birth. Theresa entered the foster care system at three days old. Adopted by a loving older couple, she faced further hardships when her adoptive parents became ill during her teenage years, leaving her to raise herself.
These experiences instilled in her a deep desire for family and compassion for others. At 24, she became a mother herself, determined to provide her daughter with the love and stability she lacked.
Theresa’s personal struggles inspired her career in real estate, where she found fulfillment in guiding people through the often-daunting process of homeownership. She brings empathy, care, and respect to her clients and colleagues, treating them like Family.
Professionally, Theresa is the Broker and Owner of The M & M Team Realty in Bellflower, CA, with over 25 years of experience specializing in residential real estate, including probate, trust, and divorce sales. She is also a Registered Nurse, having worked for 32 years at the VA Medical Center in Long Beach while simultaneously building her real estate career. Theresa holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Nursing from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and is highly active in the real estate community.
